Roger Parenzee from DSBS is leading the charge at Horizon Power to help them become the ‘World’s Best Microgrid Company’ by producing a new customer app.
The app was designed by the Technology Project team at Horizon Power who were recognised for their hard work building the platform from the ground up. A special thanks went out to the team and especially Roger Parenzee (Project Manager) who has been there from concept to delivery.
The app enables customers to conveniently monitor their daily and hourly electricity usage from their phone as well as track how much they’ve spent on electricity used so far. It also provides an estimate of your likely bill for the end of that billing period.
Through Horizon’s portal My Account you will be able to perform a range of simple self-service functions including:
- paying your bill
- updating our account details
- view your billed electricity consumption
- view your past and upcoming bills
- view enquiries raised via My Account
- switch to paperless billing (when you register, you will automatically begin receiving your bills by email)
- moving house online (move-in / move-out)
- open a new account
