As part of their Retail Strategy Horizon Power wanted to significantly upgrade their contestable customer capability, provide self service options and create a platform for new digital technologies, intelligent pricing support and disruptive microgrid enablement.
DSBS’s Kylie Dobson led the team of business analysts to deliver a significantly enhanced billing and CRM platform to meet this requirement from the preparation of the business case, through the gathering of requirements, testing, implementation, and into support.
